2. Methods, purposes and legal basis of the processing
On our sites, apps and call centers you have the possibility to send us your personal data (e.g. e-mail address, name, other personal and non-personal data). The sending of these data takes place on an optional, explicit and voluntary basis, and involves their registration and storage on protected electronic media, with adequate security measures, for the purposes of the service and those further granted by you and specified below.

The recipients of the data will be appointed by IT Wash as External Data Processors, pursuant to art. 28 GDPR, and will therefore be obliged to respect confidentiality and the protection of your data, in accordance with the relevant legislation.
5. Data retention period
Personal data relating to technical assistance will be stored on our servers and will not be disclosed to third parties unless there is a need to activate a repair.
6. Your rights regarding personal data
You have the right of access, rectification / integration, cancellation, limitation, opposition, portability of your data. It can also revoke or modify the consent given. You also have the right to exercise all the rights provided for by article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
You can obtain from the Data Controller or the Data Protection Officer clarifications on this Notice or the updated list of External Managers to whom your data are communicated.
